The River Contract appeals to people of sub-watershed of Hate to assist in carrying out the inventory of blackheads.
Blackheads are observed degradations in or near direct streams (waste, wastewater discharges, erosion, barriers, etc.). To compile an inventory of these issues throughout the territory concerned, streams will be surveyed to find these and others belonging to the heritage landscape, historical or cultural link with water.
After this first phase of ground, all points will be studied in order to establish priorities and discussed in working groups to develop concrete actions to eradicate the problems observed.
