The Water is the source of all life on Earth. However, one out of 6 in the world lack access to safe drinking water. Access it must remain an inalienable human right.
Riccardo Petrella, an economist and political scientist working for the recognition of the right to water as a human right and consideration of water as a common good public.
He also struggles with its partners, so that citizens can participate more and more effectively managing the water cycle, crucial issue of the twenty-first century.
